I just presented my business idea!

First time presenting my idea. Working on it and shaping it.

I hope that you’re having a good time and are enjoying your first days of summer.

I am here to share with you my recent experience in business idea shaping and presentation.

First, as we always do, creating your space as you wish to see it at the moment. For me, I am writing this sitting under 4 trees. You can choose to go in nature, or simply creating your current space more sacred.

Now let’s begin ;)

Shaping my idea, the whole experience of the event

For the past two months I had been creating, shaping and afterwards presenting my business idea. I had this opportunity to join a camp, so to say, where we came together, different kinds of people. Some us had just an idea, some had already begun and everyone was welcomed.

As I saw this opportunity I was in a moment of stress and full of thoughts how to move forward, as I received the email about this. I just had a hunch I had to go :)

So I sent in my application and for, my surprise, I was accepted. My first time ever going to something that would help me shape my idea and move it forward. Soon after we had the first meeting where we met everyone, were encouraged to speak to others and were having our first lecturer tell us some good things :)

And then next lesson after next we got more information, more time to work on our ideas, more time to connect with others which was one of my favorite things - the contacts and networking. I got to speak to people who really helped me get clearer on what and how, as well as just opened new ideas for me.

Did I have trouble at some point as well? Yes, of course. Not everyone is meant to understand what I am doing. But about that a little bit later.

Did I enjoy this experience? Yes ! And I was really anticipating the end presentation. I was the first in line and I had to begin the whole event. So I came on with my energy, with my peace and my presentation. I told them what I desire to create, I told them the key aspects that were needed. And afterwards I received some good comments, as well as as got to speak to people I didn’t speak with before.

Now about some moments that were different. At moments when I was sharing my idea and when I was met with the other person’s opinion I understood that there is no need for us to speak. I understood how not everyone will welcome it and feel it the way I do. Or feel it at all. Which is fine, but after these moments I got to also see and put in more time in practicing processing emotions. I understand that not everyone is meant to see what I see. But I am grateful for the ones I got to speak to, who helped, welcomed and put in some helpful thoughts.

Now I have it more clear, I have my next steps more ready and understood, the same as new ideas on what to create. As well as some next things that are planned after this camp ended , so I will see you soon with more information ;)

For now, I know more about my next tasks and steps. I will feel into it and create.
