I am Ella Renāte and I am glad to welcome you here to this course.
How often do we find ourselves drifting away in worries, stress, being ungrounded and unaware of the present moment? Or just want more connection to ourselves.
I know that too and this course introduces you to the things I use on a daily basis.
This course will offer you tools and practices you can use in your daily life, most of them wherever you are, to become more connected to yourself, more grounded in yourself and more present here and now, creating more safety in yourself.

Lesson 1: Your breath
Let’s begin with the first lesson.
Here I offer you two simple ways you can use your breath to become aware of yourself here, of the present moment and use it for grounding and being here and now.
Both of them are useful, and the first on can be done anywhere;)

In this section I introduce you to an exercise that I personally heard multiple times, but didn’t catch on. Now it is one of my daily tools I use for grounding, for being here and being present.
This is an exercise where we pay attention to our senses, we create pleasure and presence through tapping into our senses.
I needed a couple of times for this to stick, is this your time?;)
