Hey and welcome to Path to Self.

I am Ella Renāte and I am glad to welcome you here to this course.

How often do we find ourselves drifting away in worries, stress, being ungrounded and unaware of the present moment? Or just want more connection to ourselves.

I know that too and this course introduces you to the things I use on a daily basis.

This course will offer you tools and practices you can use in your daily life, most of them wherever you are, to become more connected to yourself, more grounded in yourself and more present here and now, creating more safety in yourself.

Watch the intro part and then we will begin our practices in the lessons ;).
