Peace and calm in your daily life

I know what peace means to me.

What is it for you?

How do you feel it, experience it?

Come into this space when you wish for a soft moment for your system, allow your body to settle, have a rest for your mind, join in, and listen as I share whatever comes to mind in this audio journey/podcast form. These will be just audios, they can include a book narration (if I find what resonates with me and can share it like that), inspirational texts and conversations, can include ASMR sounds during the audios, soft conversations on love, self love, journey of growth, peace, and more.

Sharing peace, sharing community, softness, and a space to rest and feel welcome:)

It matters what we listen to and feed our minds with, so let’s nourish them with all of this.

Get some time, get cozy, and let’s experience it together, see how good it can be :)

What you naturally love doing

There are things you naturally enjoy doing… small things … that don’t need much effort to begin. Simple moments… when time feels a little lighter…and your attention stays without force.

A sense of being where you are, who you are….

A sense of belonging.

When repeatedly given time to, these moments can create space for more truth and alignment to blossom.

Soft spoken journey with a little addition of ASMR sounds. Listen and enjoy:)

Saying yes more, one different choice can create bigger changes

Say yes. Once and then again.

To things you might have previously said no to.

Little things you were scared of because of limits set in the past.

Not to push yourself or force, but to explore.

How can you live your life a little more? And create change by releasing the limits you previously had.

And my example, I said I would share during the audio:

I used to be disgusted by touching raw meat. I wouldn’t go near it, I wouldn’t touch it, or cook it. For some time, it was okay for me, and everything was fine, but some years back, I received a question - do you maybe want to cook chicken as well? As I had changed other habits in a very big way, I shifted much in my life at the time, and this person asked me if I might want to try cooking chicken. I was about to say no, BUT that no felt off, it felt old, the answer felt like it was not fitting or useful anymore, it felt like it had expired. So I said yes, I could try. And in those next days I discovered how I could do it:)

This YES was not 100%, but the NO felt like a repeated cycle, like an expired answer.

So these Yeses we can say - listen to the audio if you feel like you need more inspiration, time spent with encouraging thoughts on how you can create more change, shifting one thing and then another, how you can see how much more freedom is available for you.

Headphones on, and enjoy :)
