

Multitasking is draining.
Juggling many tasks at once, switching attention fast to this then to that. It creates exhaustion itself.
Today I choose to slow down, create presence in every little task , thing I am doing.
Would we ever listen to a recording that diminishes us? That limits us? That says we are stupid, not enough, bad, ugly, and all the other things we tell ourselves?

Taking my keys out long before I get to the house. Why? And a little practice I use to shift it that also creates a different feeling around it. Not so much rush, but more peace and presence.
